# Welcome to Connelly Partners

We move customers' feet by first moving their souls. That line is on the website, but it's also the brief for everything we do internally – including this handbook.

CP has been independent since 1999. That independence is the reason we can take the long view with clients, back unusual ideas, and hire people for who they are rather than which box they fill.

## How to use this handbook

Each chapter is a plain-language guide, not a legal document. Where policy matters (leave, expenses, conduct) the chapter links to the formal policy in Google Drive. If something here is out of date, tell People Ops or edit it yourself – the source lives in `content/handbook`.

## The one rule

Look past what we sell. Embrace the emotional need we fill in each other's working lives. Be kind, be honest, make things move.
