# People, conduct and care

We're 180+ makers, thinkers and doers. The only way that works is if every one of them feels safe, respected and heard.

## Respect and inclusion

Harassment, discrimination or bullying of any kind is not tolerated. Full policy: *People > Policies > Dignity at Work* in Drive.

## Speaking up

If something isn't right – a client, a colleague, a decision – raise it. Your lead, People Ops, or any director will listen. There is no penalty for raising a concern in good faith.

## Wellbeing

Employee assistance is available to everyone in both offices. Mental health days count as sick leave; you don't need to explain.

## Expenses

Reasonable expenses incurred in the course of work are reimbursed. Submit within 30 days with receipts through the finance system.
